Thanks to this incorporation MECAV is capable of machining parts<\/strong>, prototypes<\/strong> and tools<\/strong> of more complex geometries<\/strong>, increase production and reduce delivery times<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

NEW INCREASE OF MECAV’S CAPACITY – EXPANDING OUR SERVICE<\/b><\/p>\n

From last May MECAV has added to its fleet of machinery a new machining center HAAS (we already had 3 CNC machining centers) and another wire EDM machine AGIE (besides the existing of the same brand).<\/p>\n

\"Dos<\/a><\/p>\n

Likewise, 2 more people have joined the productive area: 1 milling professional and 1 milling and lathing professional. We also have a new worker giving support to this area that also performs management functions.<\/p>\n

Besides these three additions, MECAV now has a new worker with a different profile than usual in our company. He is a person capable of performing complex mechanical assemblies. With this last incorporation, MECAV is expanding its range of services. Now we can make installation and adjustment works, besides the high precision machining work that we are used to offer.<\/p>\n

He is a milling and lathing professional with capacity to produce machined parts with the conventional lathe, with the CNC lathe and with the machining centers.<\/p>\n

The decision to incorporate a technician with this profile has been taken to become more flexible with the available working hours, to match more effectively our clients\u2019 needs.\u00a0Our production Schedule has been extended considerably, currently being from 7:00 to 22:00 hours.<\/p>\n

MECAV HAS INCREASED ITS PRODUCTION CAPACITY:\u00a0MECAV INCORPORATES A 4 AXIS DECKEL MAHO MACHINING CENTER<\/b><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

MECAV has added to its fleet of machinery a machining center Deckel Maho of 4 axis capable of machining more complex and larger geometries, up to 850 x 600 x 600 mm<\/span><\/p>\n

With the new machining center we have increased by 40% our production capacity in order to offer our customers a wider and more efficient service.<\/span><\/p>\n
